We also enjoy new fashion and Boho pieces. We believe in new life to these pieces and helps prevent waste and prevent these wonderful pieces from going in landfills, and therefore improving our environment.

Pieces on this site have been loved and preowned.

 

We want you to love your purchase! However, because our items are pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind, we offer a return policy with a few important conditions:

Return Policy for Preowned Merchandise

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team via email to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval of your refund.

  •  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team day of receipt of item(s)  via email with photos, and descriptions of damage.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  • We will arrange for a  refund as appropriate.
